- The 2023 Exhibitor Fee is $10.00 PER EXHIBITOR Fees are paid online ONLY. The link for payment will be sent in the confirmation email of your fair enrollment. Please make sure you know if you are paying with 4-H or FFA, this way you are not paid for twice.
- To enroll your classes in Marion County 4-H/FFA ShoWorks, go to: https://marion4h.fairwire.com
- All ONLINE 4-H/FFA Fair class entries will close on May 19, 2023, at 4:30 pm
- Late registrants must obtain approval from the 4-H office. A $20.00 late fee applies per exhibitor for late class entries
- You will be able to add and review your entries with this information until May 19, 2023.
- Monday, July 3rd - Static Exhibitors judging day
- Wednesday, July 5th - Camping arrivals & Livestock Exhibits
- ALL Large and Small Livestock Exhibitors will enter the Fairgrounds through the Gold Gate off Lana Ave. (also known as the Horse Gate).
- All Animals will have vet checks at the gate before your animal is accepted for the fair.
- Wristbands will be given to all 4-H/FFA exhibitors, volunteers, and advisors when exhibits or animals are delivered to the Fairgrounds and will be needed for July 6-11, 2023
